Useless, wouldn't order off them again! False advertising and when I tried to contact them their WhatsApp customer service is brutal, eventually got to speak to someone and they put the blame on the merchant. I would be aware however if your in Ireland ordering something from the UK that the merchant is charging extra because of Brexit so you don't get charged at the door they say, but I am curious as to how it's calculated as they don't explain it, ended up paying double what the item cost and it's only a light item,so in hindsight i would of looked for something here in Ireland instead.

I ordered one of their 'chunky knit ladies cardigans' would have thought I had picked it up last minute at a jumble sale. Poor quality did NOT hang straight, the ribbing round edge of cardigan too tight.. creased, pushed through an open window which activated my house alarms...told delivery date...it arrived day before hence the window issue..

Will take your money and run. Their vendors are not reputable and when the vendor scams you they will turn a blind eye, fobbing you off for months hoping that you give up. Thrash people

a terrible company to deal with, take your money and make it stressful and virtually impossible to get your money back. The worst company i have ever bought from. looking at the facebook comments I really wish I had seen them before purchase. They need an overhaul on their delivery and customer service.

I will never buy anything from living social againI'm waiting over 2 months for my order of 8 deluve pillows I've been shoved from pillar to post from living social to Wowcher to Direct warehouse and now to Go Groopie not one valid phone number or email address for this company ""apparently my refund is in a go Groupie wallet that I no nothing off, and no valid details to reach them. One thing is I know you are quick to take the money off customers and then ignore them when they try and contact you. They are all scammers and you know what you can do with my pillows shove them where the sun dont shine. I've learned my lesson the hard way ?????????.

**AVOID AVOID AVOID**I booked a weekend trip with Living Social. When the pandemic hit, I called the hotel. They explained they were more than happy to refund the money but it would have to be done through Living Social.Living Social pocketed the refund and refused to give me a refund, instead gave me 'deal credit'. This expires soon and I've been unable to use it due to there being nothing on their site I want at the moment. They again refuse to refund the money although they got a refund from the hotel.Their customer services only send generic responses and are very slow to reply, even with these.Avoid this rip off company at all costs. Book direct with hotels, it's usually the same price anyway and everything else is junk.
